To make this creamy and flavorful risotto, all you need is simmering broth! Never fuss about having all the right ingredients to make this classic Italian dish. 

Heat 4-6 cups of broth and keep at a low simmer. In a separate medium pan, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add entire contents of jar to pan and stir for 1-2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of simmering broth to rice and cook over low-medium heat while stirring constantly, until rice has absorbed all liquid. Add another 1/2 cup broth and repeat. Continue adding broth until all liquid has been absorbed and rice cooked. This will take about 25 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in a bit of butter or truffle oil. Serve risotto with grated Parmesan.
