Sansevierias (Snake Plants) are one of the most popular houseplants to date. They are very easy to care for and require very little maintenance. They do not require a lot of light or water. You can allow the soil to completely dry out between waterings.
Snake plants are also on NASA's top air purifiers list in their study. They release night time oxygen which make them excellent additions to bedrooms.
They are not pet safe.
